Functional Description Staff from the non-profit agencies review applications materials and determine elighbility for subsidized child care based upon income, family size, incapacity, or other needs. If eligible, client data is entered into database and a certificate is printed and mailed to client. Clients then present this certificate to their provider to document their subsidy status. Payroll is computed monthly based on authorized schedules. Ascii file is transferred to State Finance department where checks are printed and mailed.Licensing Staff enter provider data for licensed/regulated facilities.
