Functional Description The Department`s Child Support Enforcement program is administered by the Child Support Enforcement Division under the Office of Programs. Northrup Grumman is under contract for general maintenance for system development for CSE. CSE also uses DHS staff for general mainetnance. The state`s SDU vendor is Data Imaging an IKON company. This vendor begin performing statewide collection and disbursement activities for the CSE program on 05/1/99.
