Terminal Disclaimer To Accompany Petition

Used by the applicant or assignee to disclaim the entire term or part of a term of a patent or a patent to be granted. Used by the USPTO to determine whether all owners have provided the required terminal disclaimer and the length of the patent term to which the patentee is entitled. Used by the Certificate of Corrections branch of the USPTO for determining whether regulatory compliance has been met, for recording the disclaimer, and for providing the disclaimer data for printing.
