SDNY: Notice Regarding Privacy and Public Access to Electronic Civil and Criminal Case Files

The Office of the Clerk is now accepting electronically filed pleadings and is making the content of the pleadings electronically accessible on the court’s internet site via PACER. Any subscriber to Pacer will be able to read, download, store and print full content of electronically file documents.
