Rotating Mouse Movie

Transmembrane Signaling Group

This movie clip is a demonstration that was performed on July 10, 1997. It compares the behavior of a normal mouse (2065 +/+) to that of a genetically-engineered mouse that lacked the gene for Go-alpha (2093 -/-). The normal mouse displays typical rodent behavior while the Go-alpha knockout mouse "rotates" in a counter clockwise manner.
