This comprehensive tool provides detailed information on biomass resources and utilization throughout the United States. It features state-specific information on conventional fuel and biofuel use, ethanol and biodiesel stations and production plants, and biofuel production capacities. In addition, it offers state-by-state snapshots of available feedstocks, data on potential production capacities, and projections on the future use of biofuels.

To get started, select a state on the map. The tool will open to the chosen state's "Potential Production" view, which features a map of feedstock availability and production facility locations. Choose the "Potential Use" tab to view a map of refueling stations and flexible fuel vehicles (FFVs) concentrations by zip code. Both views contain a "current situation" box for comparison purposes.
