D.C. Commission Orders Utility to Offer Better Terms for Net Metering Customers
The District of Columbia Public Service Commission accepted part and rejected part of Pepco's proposed standard contract for net metering. The utility will now offer new terms that are more favorable for customers with solar systems and small renewable energy generating systems. More
