  2. Revised to include 2,597 Federal Employees Retirement System annuitants whose retirement types are not available.
  3. The larger number of additions to the Annuity Roll in Fiscal Year 1993 is attributable to approximately 34,000 voluntary early retirements and 7,000 involuntary retirements associated with Government downsizing efforts.
