1997-2008 Direct Loan bulletins are issued periodically to inform schools about changes in Direct loan policy, changes to Direct loan and other federal student aid (Title IV) regulations, and changes in administrative procedures. They are also used to make special announcements to schools participating in the Direct Loan Program.
