 Turner-Hogeland Project
 Montana

The Turner-Hogeland Project was designed to evaluate the efficiency of wheat-grass barriers to capture snowfall for passive recharge.  Monitoring began in June 1990.  While snowfall was limited, changes in water levels were noticed.  The project has been restored to pre-project conditions. The final report is being prepared.
