A Point of Contact (POC) serves as a liaison between the organization and the Court for matters concerning the ECF system which allows for the viewing and filing of documents over the Internet, 24 hours a day.

Become a Point of Contact (POC) to receive:

  • The Electronic Case Filing (ECF) Newsletter
  • Filing updates

POC duties may include registering attorneys for an ECF account, training others to use ECF, sharing the ECF training schedule or answering post-training follow-up questions.
