Scalise to Tour and Visit St. Tammany Parish Hospital on Monday, January 12

Washington, DC -- Congressman Steve Scalise will be touring and meeting with staff at the St. Tammany Parish Hospital on Monday, January 12. The visit will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon and will be open to the media.

“St. Tammany Parish Hospital provides vital services to the community, and I am looking forward to meeting with their staff touring their facilities,” Scalise said. “It is important that our healthcare facilities have the resources they need to serve our communities and I want to meet with them so I can hear their priorities for 2009.”

In addition to touring the facilities, Congressman Scalise will meet with employees about federal healthcare issues.
