The Mitelman Database of Chromosome Aberrations in Cancer is based on
a proprietary database developed by Professor Felix Mitelman in
collaboration with Dr. Bertil Johansson and Dr. Fredrik Mertens, all
of the University of Lund, Sweden, with support from the
Swedish Cancer Society and the Swedish Children's Cancer Foundation.
All users of this database are subject to the following Terms and
Conditions of Use:
You have the right to:
- Download, view, copy and save to hard disk or diskette
and store or print out single copies of entries from the database or
items for your own personal use, scholarly, education or scientific
research or internal institutional use.
- Transmit to a
third-party colleague in hard copy or electronically, a single entry
or item from the database for personal use or scholarly, education,
or scientific research or professional use, but not for re-sale.
- Use, with appropriate credit, brief excerpts
from the database in your own scientific, scholarly and educational
works.
You do not have the right to:
- Copy, distribute, transmit or otherwise reproduce
material from the database.
- Store such material in any form or
medium in a retrieval system.
- Download and/or store the entire
database.
- Transmit such material, directly or indirectly, for
use in any paid service such as document delivery or list serve, or
for use by any information brokerage or for systematic distribution,
whether for commercial or non-profit uses, or whether for a fee or
free of charge.
