Braley Staff to Hold Office Hours in Northeast Iowa Communities Impacted by Flood of 2008 |
Washington, DC - Rep. Bruce Braley (D-Waterloo) announced today that staffers from his Davenport and Dubuque offices will hold office hours next week in several rural communities impacted by the Flood of 2008 to help victims of the disaster get back on their feet.
"With the help and support of the community, Iowans impacted by the floods will rebuild," Braley said. "My staff is holding office hours in the communities impacted by the Flood of 2008 to answer questions about federal disaster aid, open casework, and to help flood victims navigate the FEMA bureaucracy. I want my office to be a resource for people who need help recovering from this disaster." The schedule of office hours for the next week-starting Tuesday, June 24-is below. Braley aides will visit Elkader, Elgin, Stone City, Anamosa, Buffalo, Cascade, Dyersville, Olin, and Oxford Junction. Braley Staff Office Hours: Week of Mon. June 23 - Fri. June 27
