My comments are as follows: Secretarial Staff should be banded positions, such as, 6/7/8 - 9/10/11 etc. There is no place for a Secretary to go in the Bureau of Reclamation. Also, upward mobility should be resurrected in the near future for secretaries/clerk typists and for technicians. I would like to see future needs met by 2008. You will find happier Secretaries/clerks in your ranks. This is a great place to work, just no place to go. Thank You for listening.	01/19/2007
