Comparative Molecular Cytogenetics Core Facility

The Comparative Molecular Cytogenetic Core provides molecular cytogenetic support services to the NCI community. This core facilitates the assessment of structural and numerical genomic changes in cancer, pre-cancer, and cancer models. The available services include: Karyotyping, FISH Anaylsis, CGH, SKY, and Aberration Assays/SCE.
