6/91 - 8/97 Department of Energy Engineer Managed safety and health portion of pilot performance measurement program.  New Facilities operations manager for Spent Nuclear Fuel program at Hanford.  
11/85 - 6/91 Defense Contractor Engineer/Analyst Conducted operational analysis of warfare systems for the Navy.
5/78 - 10/85 U.S. Navy Submarine Officer Managed R&D programs to ensure strategic assets were secure against adversaries.  Qualified Submarines and Engineer Officer
