The Teacher and Student Development Programs Service performs planning, policy development, and grant administration functions for teacher preparation programs, graduate fellowship programs (Title VI, Part A of the Higher Education Act), early intervention programs, and one program under Part J of the College Cost Reduction and Access Act (CCRAA) of 2007.
