HOLT TO HOST TOWN MEETINGS IN SPOTSWOOD, HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP THIS WEEKEND

Holt Also to Hold Telephone Town Hall Monday, March 3


U.S. Representative Rush Holt will host a public meeting in Spotswood on Saturday, March 1 and in Hopewell Township on Sunday, March 2 to talk with residents about issues affecting the community such as Social Security, economic development, hometown security, health care, education, and anything else that may be of interest to citizens.

The Spotswood meeting will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Spotswood Municipal Building at 77 Summerhill Road.

The Hopewell Township meeting will be held Sunday at 4:30 p.m. at Stony Brook Elementary School at 20 Stephenson Road.

On Monday, March 3, Holt will hold a live telephone town hall meeting at 7:30 p.m. The telephone town hall is a new technique to hear from and talk with constituents in a format much like the format of a traditional public town hall setting.
