Alice Williams
Associate Administrator for NNSA's Office of Infrastructure and Environment
Alice Williams is the associate administrator for infrastructure and environment. In this capacity, she is responsible for the management of the Office of Infrastructure and Environment and overseeing the Offices of Infrastructure and Facilities Management, Project Management and Systems Support, Environmental Projects and Operations, and Nuclear Materials Consolidation. Williams has 20 years of federal service where she has served in challenging positions both in the field (Idaho Operations Office and Ohio Field Office/West Valley Demonstration Project) and in headquarters (Office of New Production Reactors, Office of Environmental Management and the National Nuclear Security Administration). She has played key roles in the Department's major initiatives to develop innovative solutions to complex environmental issues, including rail transport of used nuclear fuel, facility decommissioning, and the development of land use plans.
