Resource Management and Planning The mission of the Office of Resource Management and Planning (MA-1.1) is to provide the leadership and centralized management and direction of the Office of Management and Administration’s (MA) planning, budgeting, financial, human resources, and program execution processes; to ensure that these processes are effective, and fully integrated and consistent with the Department-wide processes and requirements. more>
Aviation Management The Department of Energy, Aviation Program is the management function for all fleet aircraft and contracted aviation services for the Department. more>
Administration The Office of Administration provides the Department of Energy with a variety of integrated services and products that support the functions and roles that the various Staff Offices and Program Offices perform. This includes safety and occupant emergency response planning, printing, mail, conferencing and special events support, graphics, photography, recycling, and transportation services, space management and building operations, property management and moving services, and travel services both domestic and foreign. more>
Engineering & Construction Management The Office of Engineering and Construction Management (OECM) is responsible for establishing Project Management and Real Property Management policy, guidance, and oversight. Other responsibilities include assessing project performance, conducting External Independent Reviews (EIR), reviewing and certifying contractor’s Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), managing the Department’s Project Assessment and Reporting System (PARS), establishing the career development program and supporting the Department’s Energy Systems Acquisition Advisory Board (ESAAB). more>
Procurement & Assistance Management The Office of Procurement and Assistance Management ensures the development and implementation of Department of Energy (DOE) wide policies, procedures, programs, and management systems pertaining to procurement, financial assistance, personal property management, maintenance management, and related activities to provide procurement services to Headquarters elements. more>
Executive Secretariat The Office of the Executive Secretariat serves the Office of the Secretary, Departmental Elements, and the public by facilitating quality document management; developing, maintaining, and sharing institutional memory; and by facilitating the timely delivery of executive commitments and information. more>
Information Resources The Office of Information Resources is responsible for the Department’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Office, Privacy Act Office and Directives Program. more >
