Down-sizing Data

The Monthly Report of Federal Civilian Employment (Standard Form 113-A) includes data on Federal civilian employment, payroll, and turnover.  All branches, departments, and agencies are included with the exception of the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the National Imagery and Mapping Agency.
