SAIC-Frederick, Inc., a subsidiary of SAIC, is the Operations and Technical Support (OTS) Contractor for the National Cancer Institute at Frederick (NCI-Frederick) a federally funded research and development center. SAIC-Frederick, Inc. also provides acquisition services for the other prime contractors serving NCI-Frederick. SAIC-Frederick, Inc. has experienced first hand how many small businesses can deliver the required product or service on time, in the right quantity and at a fair and reasonable price.
