Such agencies may wish to refer any complaints they receive to the appropriate Regional Director or District Director of the Wage and Hour and Public Contracts Divisions for investiga- tion. A list of names and addresses is enclosed for this purpose. Where investigations are being made by the agency, it will find the investigation and Enforcement Manual and 29 CFR Parts 3 and 5 to be useful tools.
