General Services Administration: Emergency Preparedness and Response
The GSA website includes "hot items" on anthrax and mail handling. This site offers various information including a downloadable training materials.

United States Fire Administration Website
The United States Fire Administration has an alphabetical listing of training resources. Course descriptions, contact information, and website addresses are given. Many resources listed are from the National Fire Academy.

Oklahoma City National Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism
The Oklahoma City National Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism seeks to prevent and reduce terrorism and mitigate its effects. MIPT sponsors research to discover equipment, training and procedures that might assist first responders -- police officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians and all others who are first on the scene -- in preventing terrorism and responding to it.

Saint Petersburg College National Terrorism Preparedness Institute
The National Terrorism Preparedness Institute is part of the Southeastern Public Safety Institute at St. Petersburg College. The training is for all professions that may be the first to respond to a terrorist scene. Training is available online and onsite.
