Life

Can I continue coverage if I leave Federal service?

Answer:

If you leave Federal service and your Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Program coverage is terminated, you have the right to convert to a non-Federal private policy without taking a physical or being disqualified due to a pre-existing condition.
