The Office of Administration has brought significant improvements to the dining atmosphere and quality of food selections available to our employees in the Forrestal and Germantown Headquarters buildings, the primary cafeteria patrons. The cafeterias provides a diverse menu of great food, value priced and professionally served in a clean, inviting, exciting environment with a friendly service team that strives for complete customer satisfaction.
The Forrestal Cafeteria is operated by Guest Services, Inc., and is located in the West Building on the second floor. It is open to the public and has a seating capacity of approximately 600.
The operating hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information contact the cafeteria manager, Sean Davari, by emailing him at Forrestal@GuestServices.com.
The Forrestal Ground Floor Snack Bar
Breakfast Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Breakfast Menu: Donuts, pastries, bagels, cold cereals, parfaits, whole fruit, fruit bar, limited omelet station, eggs made to order, bottled beverages, juices, coffee and tea.
Lunch Hours: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Lunch menu: Salad bar, deli bar, assorted wraps using deli meats, Panini's, all beverages, brownies, assorted pies and cakes.
The Germantown Cafeteria is operated by Eurest Dining Services, a Division of Compass Group North America. It is located on the first floor E wing and is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. for breakfast, 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for lunch.
The coffee bar and the light snacks are open from 7:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
