Washington State Approves Bill to Slash Greenhouse Emissions
A new climate change bill approved in Washington State aims to reduce the state's greenhouse gas emissions to half of its 1990 emissions levels by 2050. The bill also sets benchmarks to cut per capita vehicle miles in half by 2050 and launches a new initiative to promote "green collar" jobs in the state. More
