Welcome to the on-line version of the Inspector General, DoD Journal of Public Inquiry.

The Journal is published semi-annually by the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General on behalf of the President’s Council on Integrity and Efficiency (PCIE) and the Executive Council on Integrity and Efficiency (ECIE).

The Journal contains articles of interest to the Inspectors General community and covers a wide range of issues.  The current edition includes articles on the data mining, FECA compensation challenges, information technology, enhancing the audit impact, asset forfeiture, sustaining a diverse workforce, 21st century challenges, and a tribute to a fallen OIG agent, Buddy Sentner.
