This page contains Privacy Act notices from 1995-present, originated by the FEC and published in the Federal Register. These notices carry out the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974 and in particular, 5 U.S.C. §552a. The Federal Election Commission will be publishing revised systems of records notices in 2007 and will conduct periodic reviews of its holdings of personally-identifiable information on a biennial (two-year) basis.
