Until a new effective date is estab- lished, requests for wage determinations (DB-11's) should be sent to the National Office of the Employment Standards Administration as in the past. However, where arrangements have already been made a to furnish requests to the Regions, such arrangements may be to loved at the contracting agency's discretion and Regions will immediately forward such requests to this office. In the meantime, contracting agencies should feel free to make contacts with our Regions End use the services of the Wage Specialists in each of the Regional Offices. Horace E. Menasco Admintetrator
