OPM Issues Findings from the 2006 Federal Human Capital Survey
Washington, DC - On Wednesday, January 17, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will issue the governmentwide results from the 2006 Federal Human Capital Survey (FHCS). OPM will issue the agency-by-agency results on Tuesday, January 30. The FHCS included 84 items intended to gauge employee perceptions on whether they are effectively led and managed, if they have opportunities to grow professionally and advance in their careers, and if their contributions are valued and recognized.
