Mike speaks on his bill, the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Health Enhancement and Long-Term Support Act of 2007 (H.R. 2199), which passed the House in May of 2007. The bill is a result of the efforts of Members of Congress from both sides of the aisle to address TBI and to begin to improve the outreach and oversight of health care provided to rural veterans.
