Document Delivery/ILL -- Services for non DOCLINE institutions

Question: Does NLM provide interlibrary loan services to institutions that are not DOCLINE members?
Answer:

Libraries that are not DOCLINE members can also request interlibrary loan services from the National Library of Medicine (NLM). The institution must first set up an account with NLM. Interlibrary loan requests should ONLY be sent to NLM after local and regional holdings have been checked for availability.
