FAQ
Document/Delivery ILL -- Document missing pages

Question: What should I do if my document is missing pages?
Answer:

The National Library of Medicine (NLM) will make every effort to ensure that you receive a complete copy of the documents you requested.

If you have missing pages, you may complete and submit the form Report a Problem with ILL Requests Filled by NLM (https://docline.gov/docline/help/contact_nlm/ill_web_form.cfm) or contact the Collection Access Section of NLM by e-mail at custserv@nlm.nih.gov; or by fax at (301) 496-2809. When asking for missing pages, please provide the number of each missing page, the complete citation and the DOCLINE request number, which appears on the cover page of each delivered document. If for any reason NLM cannot provide the missing page(s), you will be issued a credit equal to the cost of the delivered document.
