The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) announces a second DISCOVER Applicant Information Meeting at NIEHS on October 6, 2006. The meeting will be held in the Rodbell Auditorium on the NIEHS main campus from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to answer questions from prospective applicants.  Potential applicants have the option of attending in person or by viewing a videocast.  In either case, please register on the DISCOVER website.

The NIEHS has a devoted website (http://www.niehs.nih.gov/dert/discover/home.htm) to serve as a central resource for information related to the DISCOVER program. This website contains links to the (RFA-ES-06-001), background information on the solicitation, contact information, archived videocast presentations from the May 2006 Applicant Information Meeting, a listing of frequently asked questions (FAQs), and registration for the October 6, 2006 Applicant Information Meeting.
