ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 (title 44, U.S. Code, chapter 35), this notice announces a request for reclearance of an information collection. Form RI 38-115, Representative Payee Report, is designed to collect information about how the benefits paid to a representative payee have been used or conserved for the benefit of the incompetent annuitant. Approximately 12,200 RI 38-115 forms are completed annually. The form requires an estimated 60 minutes to complete. The total annual burden is 12,200 hours.
