Subsidy and Grants Information System

HUD's PIH-SAGIS training is intended for those involved with the processes of HUD grant submission, approval, and tracking. This training focuses on HUD HQ employees, Public Housing Authorities, and HUD Partners. Please visit the SAGIS training page for this information.

Physical Inspection Training

HUD's Office of Public Housing - Real Estate Assessment Center (PIH-REAC) provides training to all that are interested in learning more about the Physical Inspection process. This training is for: HUD employees, representatives/staff/owners of Multi-Family Housing and Public Housing Authorities, and inspectors.
