Nearly 4 million American families live in rental housing that is owned, insured or subsidized by HUD. To ensure that these families have housing that is decent, safe, sanitary and in good repair. REAC conducts approximately 20,000 physical inspections on properties each year.

 -   Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS): Asset Management Transition Year Information and Uniform Financial Reporting Standards (UFRS) Information

 -   REAC DCD Production Initialization File - A New DCD Production ini file has been posted on HUD website. You have to download this file before 10:00pm EST on April 18, 2008 to be able to download and upload inspections. Failure to do this required update by the deadline will prevent you from downloading and uploading inspections. Click on REAC DCD Production Initialization File link to download the new ini file.
