BAG DISTRIBUTION 2009

The City of Nacogdoches Public Works Department will hold

the annual distribution of blue recycling bags for residential

collection customers beginning Monday, January 26, 2009.

ONE BOX OF BLUE BAGS, per customer will be distributed as

follows:

            DATES:  Monday, January 26, 2009

                             Saturday, January 31, 2009.

 

            TIMES:  Monday, through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

                            Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

 

            LOCATION:  City of Nacogdoches Landfill

Municipal Energy Usage for Calendar Year 2007

City of Nacogdoches Water Meter Replacement

Starting in June, the City of Nacogdoches will begin work to replace and/or upgrade water meters in our city. Work will be done by workers wearing, either safety green shirts or blue shirts, marked with the logo “PVI Meter Team”. Trucks marked with the same logo will be used during meter swap outs. Meter replacement is anticipated to take approximately 30 minutes. Commercial meter customers will be notified of water shutoffs in advance. Anyone having special needs for water should notify the Water Department at 936-559-2593. Please pardon any inconvenience during this upgrade to your service.
