On May 16, 2002, the
Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, HHS, Education (Tom Harkin [D-IA],
Chairman) held a hearing entitled, The Impact of Stress Management on Reversing Heart
Disease. The hearing was chaired by Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA), Ranking Minority
