Goals

• To position the Federal Government as the first stop for job seekers by creating an online experience that offers all of the features that sophisticated job seekers have come to expect from commercial sites;
• To become the recruiting tool of choice for Federal agencies seeking to quickly identify and recruit top talent; and,
• To save taxpayers money by reducing redundant systems and processes.

Objectives

• To increase overall job-seeker satisfaction with USAJOBS;
• To increase job-seeker satisfaction with the Federal employment application process;
• To increase the number of visits to USAJOBS each day;
• To increase the number of resumes in the USAJOBS resume database;
• To increase the availability of online applicant status tracking data; and,
• To increase the number applicants applying on-line using USAJOBS.
