• Funding Impact Report
  A funding impact report is due on 12/30/03 (90 days after the end of the budget period). The report should include each school impacted by the grant, the languages of instruction, the number of students, the grades served, and an assessment of student progress.
• Time Extension
  A time extension of the grant period is allowed. If applicable, e-mail the Education Program Contact listed in Section 3 of your Grant Award Notification no later than 10 days before the end of the budget period on 9/30/2003. Please provide the supporting reasons for the extension, the revised expiration date and a current mailing address. A time extension is allowed for up to one year and will be reflected on a new grant award.
