At one time children were closely connected to agriculture because their parents or grandparents were farmers. As the number of family farms decreases each year every generation becomes further removed from the farm and it becomes more important for children to have an appreciation for farm life. The greatest tragedy of the future generation will be if they have no concept where the food and fiber they enjoy every day comes from. Farmers work hard everyday to provide our children with safe, abundant and affordable products.
