Example….if you work for Coca-Cola and you have stocks or dividends in the company, you will not be approved to participate on that Coke audit. Waiver of Claims form – this form states that you waive any and all claims against the government for compensation on account of services rendered as an SGE in connection with an VPP Onsite Evaluation. |
