CEC Disappointed with OSEP’s Proposed Revisions
CEC and its Division for Early Childhood (DEC) have responded to OSEP’s proposed revisions to the data collection requirements for IDEA Part B 619 programs, specifically the section on preschool settings, and are disappointed and concerned that OSEP did not accept their original comments from 2007.
