The following summaries provide information on the date that HOME waivers were granted and denied, the State or Local Field Office making the request, the situation which gave rise to the need for a program waiver, and the regulatory citation. 3/22/06	VA	Waiver request granted for Arlington County, VA to assist in serving the needs of Katrina evacuees. The waiver will eliminate the minimum tenant payment and maximum PJ subsidy requirements for Arlington County’s TBRA program.	24 CFR 92.209(h)

3/27/06	NE	Waiver request grant for the State of Nebraska to allow it to invest an additional $400,000 of HOME funds to address anticipated capital shortfalls and to facilitate the refinancing of the first mortgage.	24 CFR 92.502(d)(2) and 24 CFR 92.206(d)(5)
