Prior to an emergency, discuss
your evacuation plans and share contact information with your
supervisor.
During an emergency or evacuation, report or update your location,
movement plans, condition and contact information to their
functional mission manager within 72 hours to help us maintain 100% personnel
accountability. If you cannot reach your mission manager,
please use this system below.
NOTE: The numbers
may change prior to or during evacuation or relocation.
