UNKNOWN BANK ROBBER

An unknown subject is being sought in connection with a series of bank robberies in the Los Angeles, California, area between August of 2005 and January of 2006. The subject allegedly either brandishes a semiautomatic gun or threatens that he has a gun during the robberies. After demanding and receiving money, the subject has been known to use an unknown getaway driver, possibly an Hispanic male, driving a white compact sedan, to make his escape.

The subject is described as wearing white tennis shoes, blue jean pants, a long-sleeved dress shirt, and a baseball cap. He carries a one-strap black bookbag.

The unknown subject has a tattoo in the shape of either a "V" or a "U" on the right side of his neck.
