No. If you cancel coverage, and want it back, you may need to apply for coverage again, and would be subject to full underwriting (many questions about your health). Depending on how much time has passed since you cancelled coverage, you may be able to reinstate it without underwriting, but you would be responsible for premiums not paid during the time your coverage was cancelled.
